REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS

Pre-School and Grade I

1. Photocopy of Birth certificate (Original Copy must be presented for verification)

2. Three (3) recent iX1 colored ID pictures

3. Entrance Examination

4. Entrance Fee

5. Interview with parents

6. One (1) long brown envelope

Age requirement at the beginning of the school year

1. For Nursery, the child must be 2 ½ years old of completing three (3) years old in October.

2. For Kinder I, the child must be 3 ½ years old or completing four (4) years old in October.

3. For Kinder II, the child must be 4 ½ years old or completing five (5) years old in October.

4. For Grade I, the child must be 6 years old, can read English and Filipino.

Applicants without any background in Pre-School are required to attend the Readiness Program of one (1) month before admission to Grade I the following year.

Lower School and Upper School

1. Original Copy of the Progress Report Card (Form 138)

2. Three (3) recent 1X1 colored ID pictures

3. Letter of Recommendation signed by the Principal or Guidance Counselor

4. Interview with the student

5. Interview with the parents

6. Entrance Examination

7. Entrance Fee of Php. 200.00

8. One (1) long brown envelope

9. One (1) Mongol pencil
